Payment

All payments must be made directly to the company’s official bank accounts listed above.

Documents

Documentation fees (Deed & Survey) must be paid in full before land allocation.

Developmental Fee

Developmental fees will be communicated upon completion of the road and fencing in the resort.

Refund

Refund requests will take up to 6 months to process, with a 40% administrative fee deducted.

Subscription Agreement

All purchases are subject to the terms outlined in the subscription agreement that must be signed by the buyer.

Company Rights

The company reserves the right to revise policies, fees, and offers to reflect market and operational changes.
